Return & Refund Policy

At LuxeHaven Studio, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read the following information carefully before initiating any request.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that orders already in transit cannot be canceled.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  2. Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging
  3. Include all accessories, tags, and documentation
  4. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package
  5. Ship the package to our return address (provided with your RMA)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item(s), we will send you an email notification confirming the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

The timing of your refund depends on your payment provider's processing time. Credit card refunds typically appear within one billing cycle. For payments made via PayPal, refunds are usually processed within 24-48 hours after approval.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check with your bank or payment provider as processing times may vary. Some financial institutions require additional time to post the refund to your account.

If you've confirmed with your bank that the refund hasn't been processed, please contact us immediately with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Date of return
  • Return tracking number
  • Details of your refund inquiry

We will investigate the matter promptly and keep you informed throughout the resolution process.
